The secondary bedroom has a queen bed with closet space and an extra comfy mattress. The kids' room has two twin beds + a trundle and a smart TV for the kids to enjoy. The living room has an indoor gas fireplace with a 65" smart TV and an extra-large sofa sectional. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for you to feel right at home. Equipped with: Dishware/flatware, cooking basics, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and more! Our dining area is well lit up with natural light during the day and is the perfect spot for a family meal. There is extra seating around our extra large kitchen island too! The garage area is where you will find the entertainment area. Our garage has been insulated and converted into a game room with foosball, air hockey, a smart TV, and a pull out sofa bed! The backyard is where you will likely spend most of your time. The backyard has a brand new hot tub and outdoor dining area, and much more space to enjoy! Guest access The whole property is yours to enjoy! Pool/lake open for swimming starting Memorial Day closes after Labor Day weekend. amenities availability is subject to change without prior notice. Other things to note PLEASE READ before booking: MUST BE 25+ years old We require some information that is needed by the Home Owners Association and must be submitted 4 days prior to your arrival. Failure to provide this information will be penalized by HOA for $100.00. Please send an inquiry for more details. 8 Passes will be provided for access of community amenities, kids under 5 do not need passes. -Our cleaning fee may seem a bit high, we pay the community a small fee for each reservation + a small fee for each car you register. We also work with a professional hot tub company to ensure the chemicals are balanced and the tub is clean and safe for every guest. Also, our housekeepers are the most efficient in the area. We hope you understand! -Pets welcome for a fee of $75 per pet. *Please be advised that we require our non-Airbnb guests to provide a clear copy of Government ID before arrival* *Reservations made outside of Airbnb need to be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the check-in date. If not, the reservation will be subject to cancellation. Please ensure timely payment to secure your booking.* 🚨[DISCLAIMERS] -We retain the right to report and prosecute all credit card fraud -IDs and security deposits when applicable will be requested after booking -No smoking inside or outside of this home.
